Clean Eating Cooking: Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Protein Bars
Eating "clean" means 5-6 small meals a day... which can be hard when your days are fairly unpredictable. Protein bars can be a life saver to the clean eating diet... easy to make and always on hand. I found this new recipe this weekend and I must say they are my new favorite. Very light, these bars aren't nearly the heavy meal as past attempts at protein bars... many which tasted like hay or cardboard. The peanut butter adds something new to the bar. Definitely score in my book!
