Grilled-Chicken Pasta Salad with Artichoke Hearts
Ok... so I'm really trying to not eat out so much going into December. My job makes that super difficult because of the traveling and entertaining, but I'm determined to become more domestic (haha - please don't laugh) and eat at home more this month. So... I looked up some new clean recipes (gluten/dairy free of course) and decided to use some of my time off this past weekend to conjure up a few tasty treats for the week. This was one that caught my eye immediately and seemed fairly simple so I gave it a shot. Yum. Super simple and quick to prepare. Awesome lunch staple for the rest of the week!
