Hot Sake
So let's get this out of the way... we know how much I LOVE sushi. Everything about it. And I have had and can tolerate (but am not a huge fan) cold sake. But I had never tried hot sake. Why?!? Who knows... so I tried it last night at a business dinner with colleagues in TN. Not a lot to report... except that it smells worse than finger nail polish and tastes even more horrid. Yuck! Enough said. Another bust on the challenge of "new experiences" but at least I can say I've tried it.
